Symptom

I'm unable to pull certain data types into reports. What are the answer type field mapping in SM project Questionnaire Response fact?

Resolution

To ensure the best analytical reporting experience, SAP Ariba has removed data for most supplier management questionnaire responses from the general Survey Response reporting fact so that it is only available in the SM Project Questionnaire Response fact, which is specifically designed for reporting on supplier management questionnaires.

Below are the full list of survey Answer Types and its field mapping between the two facts :

Note :

If the field type is Text(Single Line Limited) and Allow participants to select multiple values is set to YES, then the response will be available in Multiple Text value Answer

If the field type is Text(Single Line) and Allow participants to select multiple values is set to NO, then the response will be available in Text Answer field .

If the field type is Text(Single Line) and Allow participants to select multiple values is set to YES, then it is NOT reportable at all.

The following answer types are NOT available for reporting.

Address
Extended Address
Bank Account
Tax
Certificate
Attachment

If the Supplier has given no response for a specific questionnaire, then the questionnaire for that Supplier will not be present on the Analytical Report side.
