Support for a new document type (945) in the ASC-X12 document routing format for warehouse shipping advice

Feature Description
This feature enables support for a new document type (945) in the ASC-X12 document routing format for STO process warehouse shipping advice messages. A third-party logistics provider can use a warehouse shipping advice message to inform a supplier on Ariba Network that a shipment has been sent out to the buyer.
Customer Problem
Currently CIG does not support EDI945 ASCx12 version 4010 for STO process.
Customer Value Proposition
All SCC suppliers transacting with ASCx12 would be able to support this new document type for the STO process.
