Suppliers can configure notification frequency for early payment offers – either once per approved invoice or once per day at a time specified by the supplier. The early payment notification is mobile ready.

The Ariba Network discounting solution sends suppliers a discount offer for each and every invoice. If the supplier submits 10s, 100s, or 1000s of invoices per week, then the early payment offer email is effectively useless.

Ariba Network now allows suppliers to select the frequency of these notifications – either once per scheduled payment, or once per day at a supplier-specified time. The email format has also been improved to be mobile friendly. This functionality provides more meaningful and actionable notifications that align to the supplier's preference.
