This feature makes the supplier registration process more flexible by adding support for canceling registrations and for unlinking Ariba Network accounts from the records of public suppliers and supplier contacts in your site. Registration cancelation allows supplier registration managers to cancel in-progress registrations, providing the ability to restart stalled registrations. Ariba Network account unlinking allows customer administrators to remove the current link to the Ariba Network account of a public supplier or supplier user if needed so that they can be linked to another Ariba Network account.
A supplier registration project may get stuck in progress if the supplier contact is not responding. A buyer then wants to take over the supplier registration and perform the registration on behalf of the supplier. However, if the supplier is already registered in Ariba Network and the ANID does not match, then it cannot be unlinked without reaching out to support.

Supplier registration cancellation is only applicable in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance or SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (new architecture).
Unlinking supplier and supplier user SAP Business Network accounts is also applicable in sites that include SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts, SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, and SAP Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (classic architecture).
To cancel a supplier registration, you must be a member of the Supplier Registration Manager or SM Ops Administrator group. The supplier must be private (not linked to an SAP Business Network account) and have the following registration status:

To unlink the SAP Business Network account of a public supplier or supplier user, you must be a member of the Customer Administrator group.
The user interface for the new Network Account Link Manager administrative workspace, and its Unlink Supplier Organization and Unlink Supplier User tasks, is not translated and is only available in English.
