How do I run a Supplier Membership Status report for my suppliers status in the Ariba Network?

Ariba Network does provide a report type Supplier Membership Status. This report provides information on the subscription status of all your suppliers.

In order to create and run this report, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Ariba Network account
2. Click Reports > Reports
3. Click Create
4. Enter a title for your report
5. In the Report Type field, select Supplier Membership Status > Click Next
6. Select Manual Report if you want to run the report manually, or Scheduled Report if you want it to be run automatically in a specific frequency > Click Next
7. Click Submit (this report doesn't have any filters)

The report will then be queued and run now (if Manual) or at the selected time (if Scheduled). You will be able to download its results in the previous screen at any time, by clicking Reports > Reports, selecting your report and clicking Download in Ariba Network (buyer).

Note that this is a different report than the supplier enablement report. 

In order to run the Supplier Membership Status report, you need to be the account administrator or have the Supplier Membership Report Administration permission.
