How to upload document using Mass Edit option ?


Resolution

You can use Mass Edit Project option to Upload Document in Documents tab of a project.

The steps are as below:

  1. Manage > Administration > Project Manager > Mass Edit Projects.
  2. Select Project Type. (Example: Contract Workspace Procurement)
  3. Search for and locate the project(s) to edit.
  4. Select all desired projects, and click ADD.
  5. Click Next. This takes you to Step 2, Select Fields.
  6. Click Select Fields to Update.
  7. Select Upload Documents > OK > Choose file > Upload > Next > Next > Update.

Go back to Project Manager > Mass Edit Status to track the progress of your changes.

Additional Information

The document uploaded will appear in Documents tab and will be in Draft status.
