Symptom

Where are my Inbox and Outbox menu options? How do I access my transaction documents now?

Resolution

The SAP Business Network Inbox and Outbox have been replaced with object-oriented menus for all customers. Menu items are now grouped logically by process, improving navigation and usability.

You can find purchase orders in your new Orders menu, and invoices under Invoices. Service sheets, ship notices and order confirmations are displayed under Fulfillment.
