How do I get the template version associated to a Supplier Registration project?

You can get to know the template version associated to a Supplier Registration project from the project view.

You can access a supplier and open Supplier Registration project with following steps:

1. On the dashboard, Click Supplier Management tab
2. Search for the Supplier and open Supplier 360 Profile
3. Click Registration tab
4. Click Advanced view ()

Next, open the Supplier Registration Project to see the template version:

1. On Overview tab, click Actions > Edit Overview
2. Click on Template Questions.
3. You will see Supplier Registration Template (v23/30)
   Note: This means the supplier registration is based on the template version 23. If there is no version details, it means the supplier registration is based on latest template version.

There is no analytical report to get the version of the registration template for each Supplier Registration project. An analytical report only gives the template name but not the version of the template.

If you are in SM > Administration > Template Upgrade screen, you can see the number of eligible projects available for template upgrade from XX version to latest version.

If you are looking at getting these values in bulk, the best approach is to look for the template version creation date and search for the supplier registration projects created during this period. Once you have the search results, you can use export to view the search results in Excel.

Example: The date when version 25 of the template was published set as a From date for the search and the publish date of version 26 of the template will be the To date for the search.
