How to create new External System of type S4HANA?

Answer

To create a new External System of type S4HANA along with type SAPECC change the parameter Application.MasterData.EnableS4HANAIntegration to Yes.

Additional Information

Currently when we create new external system under Master Data Manager > External System Configuration by default on type SAPECC is allowed to select from the drop down.

Once we turn the parameter Application.MasterData.EnableS4HANAIntegration to Yes, we can select S4HANA as well for the type.
