How to create new External System of type S4HANA?

To create a new External System of type S4HANA along with type SAPECC, change the parameter Application.MasterData.EnableS4HANAIntegration to Yes.

Currently, when we create new external system under:

1. Manage > Administration
2. Master Data Manager > External System Configuration.

By default, the value in type field is SAPECC. Once we enable the parameter Application.MasterData.EnableS4HANAIntegration, S4HANA option is available to select from the drop down.
