How do i troubleshoot the S4 HANA direct to sourcing Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Sourcing Request integration flow through CIG?

1. Review the S4 HANA Message Monitoring page for any internal errors in S4 HANA
2. Review the S4 HANA SLG1 logs for any internal errors in S4 HANA
3. Review the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network transaction tracker for any Managed Gateway for Spend&Network specific setup issues or errors pasing the request to the Sourcing application
4. In the Ariba Sourcing realm check the Create sourcing request using the request from S/4 HANA or Send RFQ Confirmation to S4 HANA scheduled tasks for errors (Internal to SAP Support)
   • These tasks are run on an asynchronus process and are scheduled to run once every hour. There can be a delay of up to an hour for the RFQ to display in the ariba sourcing realm
5. Review the Data Import/Export > Web Service Status page for any errors processing the webservices
6. Review the CIG transaction tracker for an RFQ Confirmation payload outlining any validation errors from Sourcing

The previous flow for this integration utilized XML integration from the ERP > Middleware (PI or CIG) > SAP Business Network > Ariba Sourcing. The new flow cuts out of the SAP Business Network and instead utilizes webservice integration from ERP (HANA) > Managed Gateway for Spend&Network > Ariba Sourcing with a confirmation message going back through Managed Gateway for Spend&Network and S4 HANA for any errors or a success message.
