User announcements in guided buying [GB-15132]
You can now create announcements for guided buying users, which allows you to broadcast any business or technical news, such as upcoming maintenance, new suppliers, or changes to your procurement policies.
2111

Ability to change RFQs after publishing to suppliers [GB-15541]
Guided buying users can now change information in self-service RFQs after they've been published to suppliers. For example, users can change descriptions or quantities of requested items, or the RFQ end date. Previously, only SAP Ariba Sourcing users could change published RFQs.
2111
Enhanced requisition statuses in the 2NV and 3EN integration scenarios for SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud [GB-16314]
In the Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV) integration scenario and the Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (‏3EN‏) integration scenario, the status of a requisition that is displayed has been enhanced to reflect the most accurate status based on the status of the line items.
2111
Support for line-level changes in requisitions sent to SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud in the 2NV and 3EN integration scenarios [GB-7322]
In the Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV) integration scenario and the Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (‏3EN‏) integration scenario, preparers, requesters, and approvers can edit submitted requisitions to add new line items or add line-level comments and attachments. After the final approver approves an edited requisition, the changes on the requisition are sent to SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud and the corresponding requisition is updated with the revised information.
2111
  Support for team RFQs [GB-9376]
Team buying has been expanded to now include the request for quotes (RFQ) process. Guided buying teams can now collaborate to create RFQs and send them to suppliers.
2111

Prevent changes to attachments in approved requisitions [GB-12292]
You can configure guided buying to prevent the addition or deletion of attachments in requisitions that have been approved. Your organization might consider attachments to be an integral part of a requisition, in which case they shouldn't change after approval.
2108
Improved bid display with support for alternate bids and and supplier-added items [GB-12919]
The display of supplier bids is now more intuitive and readable, which make multi-line RFQs more understandable to users, especially occasional users. Users now easily understand the status of their RFQs and can see which supplier has the best bid. There's a new bid table and graph and support for alternate bidding, supplier-added items, and a count of participating suppliers.
2108
Support for receiving goods in service POs [GB-15656]
Organizations that buy goods and services in the same order can now receive the goods items directly in guided buying. Previously, guided buying didn't list the goods items in these mixed orders, so users couldn't receive them.
2108
Sending material IDs as standard fields in guided buying requests to SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud [GB-10579]
In the Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV) integration scenario and the Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (‏3EN‏) integration scenario, the material ID is now included as a standard field for catalog items in guided buying requests that are sent to SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The addition of the material ID enables buyers to map the catalog items in a request to the material master in the ERP system.
2105
  Team buying and receiving [GB-15131]
Guided buying now allows users to collaborate when purchasing, leveraging the combined skills of individuals. Users and administrators create teams of users who work together to create requisitions and receipts for a common organizational goal.
2105
Inventory reservations in guided buying [GB-5199]
Guided buying now allows users to request items from inventory, which are items stocked by your organization, such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) items or items manufactured by your organization. Users see the available quantity of each item and can choose specific storage locations when ordering.
2105
Support for sending a customized request form as an attachment to SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud [GB-7218]
In the Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV) integration scenario and the Guided Buying for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Buying (‏3EN‏) integration scenario, buyers can create and send customized non-catalog request forms from guided buying to SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The forms are sent in the PDF file format as an attachment to the purchase requisition.
2105
Support for limit items in guided buying requests sent to SAP S/4HANA Cloud [GB-11318]
In the Guided Buying Capability with SAP Ariba Buying (2NV) integration scenario, buyers can add limit items in guided buying requests for goods and lean services that correspond to the item category E in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Limit items are procured without following the goods receipt and the service sheet processes. The requests for limit items are characterized by validity periods to define the effective dates of the procurement process and predefined amount limits to control item prices.
2102
Continued improvements to accessibility for purchasing [GB-6635]
SAP Ariba continues enhancing the accessibility of guided buying for purchasing, with the goal of eventually reaching adherence with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
2102
Support for externally managed forms [GB-8776]
Guided buying now allows users to fill out and submit forms that are then managed by external systems. A new API handles the communication between guided buying and external systems. This capability allows guided buying to become a repository of business-specific forms used by your organization.
