When I click on Change Password button against CIG Transactional User from Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Portal > My Configurations > Authorization tab, below error pops up:

Error: The CISUser update failed. Http connection failed with status 405 Method Not Allowed, expected [No Content]. Error: The request dispatcher does not allow the HTTP method used for the request.

Please use the below workaround steps to reset password through SAP Cloud Identity Portal instead of using CIG Portal:

1. If your CIG account is hosted in EU DC, access URL https://aribaoperations.accounts.ondemand.com, key in P-User / E-Mail (associated with P-User) and then click Forgot Password? 

2. If your CIG account is hosted in US DC, access URL https://a5pcq3zc6.accounts.ondemand.com, key in P-User / E-Mail (associated with P-User) and then click Forgot Password?

3. Once again provide E-Mail ID associated with your CIG and click Send.

4. Open the E-Mail from your Inbox and press Click here to reset your Password.

5. Provide New Password and Re-enter New Password and click Save.

This is a known defect and was fixed via a portal fix.
