How do I delete a system ID or end point on the Business Network?
To delete a system ID or end point on your Business Network account, your account administrator or a Designated Support Contact (DSC) for you company must open a case with SAP Ariba Support to request this action be completed.
Deleting a system ID or end point can have a serious impact on your ability to transact and route documents via the Business Network. You should only request this change if you are no longer using a system ID or end point. Therefore, before contacting support to delete a system ID or end point, ensure that all proper changes have been made to route documents to other system IDs and end points. You must also confirm that new documents sent to the Business Network no longer reference the system ID or end point to be deleted.
Once a system ID or end point is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you need to reinstate a deleted system ID or end point, you must create a brand new one as a replacement.
