How do I maintain Units of Measures data on my SAP Business Network Buyer account?

As a prerequisite, only the SAP Business Network Account Administrator can manage these settings. If you're entitled to proceed, sign in to your SAP Business Network account, and then click Account Settings (User initials) > Settings > Master List. Depending on what you wish to accomplish, proceed accordingly:

To upload new Units of Measure:

1. Click Download template, save the file to your computer, fulfill and save it, keeping the file extension as CSV (comma-separated values)
2. On the Master List page, click Upload or download master list
3. For the required Locale, click Upload
4. Import the CSV file using the Choose File button, and then click Upload
5. The message A previous upload is being processed. Please wait... will appear in the Actions column for the Locale row. To confirm if the upload was successful, click Done, and then return to the Upload or download master list
6. If a Download link appears in the Actions column for the respective Locale, it means the upload was successful.
   • However, if a View errors link appears, then the upload failed. You can click the View errors link to see all the related error messages.

To manage your current uploaded Units of Measure:

1. Click Enable or disable codes
2. Use the filters, if required, to narrow down the results, and click Search
   • The list of Units of Measures uploaded will then appear
3. Select the Units of Measure you want click Enable or Disable, as you wish, and then click Done after you've completed the changes.

You can maintain Unit of Measure (UOM) mapping data for different languages
