While uploading UOM file with new excel values in the SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the below error is triggered.

Invalid Price Unit: XXX. Please contact support

The UOM values should just be edited. When the upload of new UOM with new entries is tried in the Managed Gateway, it triggers the error.

The UOM excel file can be downloaded in the Managed Gateway in the following path:

My Configurations > Cross Reference > Unit of Measure > Download

Note:

1. The UOM value can only be edited;
2. The Ariba UOM value can't be edited;
3. The UOM file can't be uploaded with additional or deleted rows.

UOM values cannot be configured for Managed Gateway Procurement Projects. Refer to Setting up cross references on SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network | SAP Help Portal.

If you need any UOM different from what is offered in the Managed Gateway configuration, you can use the Mapping Tool to change it. For this, you can use the Translation Function.
