When I customize the fields using AribaSupplierExtension in SAP PI XICONTENT for ARBCI2 tpz  for SLP-CIG integration, following steps mentioned in CIG Config guide section How to maintain the data types enhancements to customize the fields for SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance point 11.d, I get below error:

Error: attribute genericCustomFieldListCompleteTransmissionIndicator:http://ariba.com/xi/SupplierManagement is untyped

Please use the Type for the Attribute genericCustomFieldListCompleteTransmissionIndicator as OPTIONAL_Indicator in the Data Type Enhancement for AribaSupplierExtension.

SAP PI does not support having an Attribute or Element with empty Type, but the CIG config guide suggests to have a blank value. This is a typo in the CIG config guide documentation section How to maintain the data types enhancements to customize the fields for SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance point 11.d and will be be corrected in future releases.
