SS-15030
This feature enables you to create content for an RFP event by importing data from an unstructured Excel file that contains multiple sheets including sheets for items, questions and requirements. This feature introduces the following enhancements, too:
• Support for UOM, historical and reserve pricing
• Improvement to predictions and mapping of content
• Enhanced review and confirmation flows for content mapping
• Options to download sample Excel files for single-sheet import, multi-sheet import, and material master import
Smart excel import allows buyers to easily create line items based on unstructured Excel files. However, it was not possible to use the feature to create questions nor requirements, and some aspects of the line items, such as historical price and unit of measure were not considered by the smart excel import. After creating the line items users had to manually add and change information to complete the tender.
Now, customers can efficiently upload both line items, questions and requirements using a single excel file, which may have multiple sheets. They can also upload more line-item level details such as unit of measure and historic price without having to manually edit those details for every single line item. This implies a significant amount of time saved.

Der unstrukturierte Excel-dateibasierte Import wird für Sites, die eine Verbindung über das Rechenzentrum für Russland herstellen, nicht unterstützt.

Der unstrukturierte Excel-dateibasierte Import wird für die folgenden Ereignisarten nicht unterstützt:
- Auktionen
- Informationsanforderungsereignisse
- Ereignisse mit großer Kapazität
- Excel-Dateien im .xls- oder .xlsx-Format werden für den Import von Positionsinhalten in ein Ausschreibungsereignis unterstützt.
Die folgenden Elemente werden für den Import aus der unstrukturierten Excel-Datei nicht unterstützt:

- Formeln
- Der Inhalt, der aus der unstrukturierten Excel-Datei importiert werden soll, sollte in einem einfachen Tabellenformat vorliegen. Daten in komplexen Tabellen werden für den Import aus einer unstrukturierten Excel-Datei nicht unterstützt.
Hinweis: Eine einfache Tabelle enthält maximal eine Kopfebene (Zeile, Spalte oder beides), während eine komplexe Tabelle mehrere Überschriftenebenen (Zeilen, Spalten oder beides) enthält. Eine komplexe Tabelle kann auch zusammengeführte oder zusammenhängende Zellen enthalten.

- Durch den Import von Inhalt aus einer Excel-Datei in ein Ereignis werden alle Inhalte ersetzt, die dem Ereignis bereits hinzugefügt wurden.
