When executing transaction SM59 in my SAP ERP system the connection test to testacig.ariba.com or acig.ariba.com URL's fails with below error :

Error: HTTP 412 Precondition Failed

or

Error: Document of Organization <ANxxxx> are blocked as there are deployment failures in the destination systems. Please contact Ariba Support.

Inside Managed Gateway for Spend&Network's portal.

There can be multiple causes for the issue, one of which is the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network connection having red icon but that's not the only cause. Please log an Case for Ariba support to investigate and determine the actual cause if there is no red icon observed in your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network connections page.

The resolution for this issue is case by case basis depending on the cause of the error.

First, please check if there are any problematic connections and correct them using below steps:

1. Sign in to your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network account.
2. Click My Configurations > Connections.
3. Check if you have any connection with the red icon().
4. If yes, click on the pencil icon, edit the problematic connection by making the necessary corrections and save again, check if the red icon is gone.
5. Test the connection again.

Next, if above steps does not solve the issue, then please create a case to Ariba via SAP for ME to determine the actual resolution for the issue in your case.
