What is changing with the current SAP Ariba Customer Notifications?

On November 30, 2020, SAP Ariba will be transitioning all of our customer notifications to a new SAP infrastructure. This means, the following notifications will be coming from a new email address and have a refreshed and harmonized look and feel:

• Announcements
• Planned maintenance
• Critical Incidents
• Product releases
  
  

Call to action:

If your company blocks unknown email addresses, action will need to be taken to allow our emails to flow to your inbox without delay or interception.

Please inform your IT/Network team that our notifications will be sent from the following email address:

• SAP Support <sapcloudsupport@alerts.ondemand.com>

What is changing:

• Other than the email address, customers will experience a new look & feel of our notifications, harmonized with SAP, similar to the examples below:

What is Not Changing:

SAP Ariba notifications will continue to use the same process/channels below:

• Notification subscriptions will continue to be maintained in SAP Ariba Connect
• There are no changes to Suppliers notifications. Suppliers will continue to receive notifications from AribaNotes@ariba.com with no changes to the look and feel.
