Symptom

I'm not the account administrator but I need to view and download users' audit logs in my Business Network buyer account.

What are the roles and permissions I need to access this menu option?

Resolution

The permission needed for you to access the user-related Audit Logs options in Business Network is the User Administration permission. It includes the profile changes and the user access logs. It also includes options related to user management - creating and updating users, and assigning roles to them.

Contact your administrator if you need this permission added to your profile in SAP Business Network. This permission cannot be added by Customer Support, only by your account administrator.
