Why do I receive Error: "User consent to Docusign is required" while submitting the NDA document for the first time?

Symptom

Error: Unable to send Document XXX to Docusign for eSignature.
User consent to Docusign is required. You'll be redirected to Docusign to grant consent

Cause

Grant consent is not completed by the user.

Resolution

Complete the following steps to resolve this issue :

1. Click OK button on the error message, this will take you to Docusign page.
2. Enter your Docusign user ID and password ; click ACCEPT button to complete the process.

This error message occurs only when OAuth feature is enabled for Docusign.
