How do I find my API Account ID required to enable an electronic signature provider connection between Ariba and DocuSign?

To locate the API Account ID:

1. Login to DocuSign as the administrator.
2. Click Settings > Integration.
3. Click Apps and keys.
4. Copy the API Account ID.

If you cannot find these details, contact DocuSign support for further assistance.

This ID needs to be entered in SAP Ariba under Administration > Signature providers > API Account ID. Once the ID is entered, click Grant Consent, then enter your DocuSign user ID and password and Accept permission for SAP Ariba access.

The API Account ID will be visible under Administration > Signature providers only if feature SC-9402 is enabled.
