What is OAuth authentication for Docusign in SAP Ariba Contracts and how to enable it?

Previously, when a user submitted a Signature Task for a contract workspace, users were automatically directed to DocuSign using the DocuSign administrator credentials stored in SAP Ariba Contracts.

Now with this feature enabled, SAP Ariba Contracts uses the OAuth authentication method for DocuSign, with which users are directed to DocuSign with a unique key token, generated dynamically for each DocuSign user.

A system administrator can enable this functionality by setting Application.ACM.Signature.DocuSignREST.OAuth.Enabled to Yes in Intelligent Configuration Manager.

With this feature enabled the Automatically Create Users option will no longer be available under Administration > Project Manager > Signature Providers.

Any new user who wants to create a signature task or send out a non-disclosure agreement for the first time will only be able to do so if they have a DocuSign account created within the DocuSign account connected to the site.

If a new user does not have a DocuSign account configured properly they will need to contact their company's DocuSign administrator for changes to be made.
