How do I reprocess failed messages from SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network Transaction Tracker?

Answer

To reprocess the transactions, select the transaction and click Reprocess > Internal or Outbound. This is detailed in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network configuration guide section Downloading and reprocessing transaction documents.

Additional Information

You will find two options to Reprocess namely Internal and Outbound.

Note: Currently we support maximum of 50 counts for mass reprocess/download payloads in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network tracker.
