When I create a contract request, how do I increase the list of available options for Fixed and Recurring Fees pricing term frequency or the Forecasted Spend frequency?

Right now only monthly recurrences are available.

First, create a CSV file containing the following:

QAN,quarter (of a year),true,1,quarter (of a year)
SAN,half year (6 months),false,1,half year (6 months)

Then, import these time units:

1. Sign in to your SAP Ariba procurement solution.
2. Click Manage > Core Administration > Site Manager > Data Import/Export.
3. Search for the task Import Units of Measure, and click Import > Choose File.
4. Choose the file you just created, and click Open > Run > OK.

Only the following units of measure are supported for time-related settings:

• DAY
• WEE
• W4
• MON
• QAN
• SAN
• ANN

Additionally, all the above are supported for Fixed and Recurring Fees,
but only MON, QAN, SAN, and ANN are supported for Forecasted Spend.
