How do I Reopen a closed questionnaire in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance?

If you are a project owner of the project within which the questionnaire is located, you should follow the below steps.

Steps to reach Project view:

1. Search for the suppliers in the Supplier's 360 profile
2. Click Registration, Qualifications or Questionnaires depending on the project type. Additionally, open the individual questionnaire for Qualifications or Questionnaire
3. Click Advanced view()

Steps to Re-open a questionnaire:

1. Click Documents tab
2. Click Questionnaire Title > Monitor
3. Click Actions > Reopen event
4. Set Time Duration for questionnaire to be Open and click OK

Note : In order to access Advanced View(), the project type should be enabled in Advanced View Configuration.
