PIR Acknowledgement failed in transaction tracker.

Customer created a Managed Gateway for Spend&Network project with product selecting Ariba Sourcing which resolved the issue.

Customer had created the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network project with product type SAP Business Network for that system id instead of Product type Ariba Sourcing.

Due to this Managed Gateway for Spend&Network was not able to identify the realm name to which the document needed to be posted and was failing.

Creating a project with product type Ariba Sourcing automatically updates the realm id and name to which the sourcing documents are supposed to be posted.

Below error message was seen in transaction tracker.

Document Failed during HTTP post for Customer AN01490965511-T - Realm Name with HTTP Response Code :501 and Response Message: FAILED. Suggested Action : HTTP Post to Target system failed and above response message is received . Common HTTP Error Response and their suggestive actions. 500 -> Internal Server Error -> Check in the target system for exact nature of request failure. 400-4XX -> Authentication Issue,Forbidden,Not Found -> check target system provided valid authentication details in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network or the target service is available,Target System service has right ACL's declared.
