Why can't I find an older purchase order under Orders drop-down menu?

The Orders drop-down menu can only show a maximum of 500 documents and purchase orders over 365 days may not be displayed automatically. You can still search by exact number to find your order.

Please follow the below steps to find the orders which are older than 365 days (applicable only for enterprise account suppliers):

1. Login to your Business Network account
2. Click on the Orders drop down
3. Select Purchase Orders
4. Click Search Filters
5. Change the search to Exact Number and click Search
