Why can't I find an older purchase order?

The Orders tile on the workbench shows a maximum of 500 documents and purchase orders over 365 days may not be displayed automatically. However, you can search by exact number to find your order.

1. Log in to your Business Network account.
2. Click Workbench and select and orders-based tile (eg. Orders).
3. In the Order numbers field, enter the order number and select the Exact match option below.
