Why I am unable to find an older Purchase Order(PO)?

The Orders tile on the workbench shows a maximum of 500 documents and PO over 365 days may not be displayed automatically. However, you can search by exact number to find your order.

1. Log in to your Business Network account.
2. Click Orders --> Orders and Release.
3. Enter the Purchase Order number In the Order numbers field and select the Exact match option.
4. Click Apply
