How do I submit my tax exemption certificate for my SAP Business Network bill?

In order to submit your tax exemption certificate, please follow the steps below:

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Service Subscriptions.
2. Click Documents.
3. Click Select File, select the file from your computer.
4. Click Open.

SAP Sales Team will receive your request and will confirm acceptance via email.
