How do I open and download my Ariba Network credit memo? 

1. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Service Subscriptions.
2. On the My Subscriptions tab, click Credits & Adjustments.
3. Clink on the credit memo or click the icon to download it.

These credit memos can be applied to invoices. Contact your SAP Ariba Billing representative with any questions. 

Your request will be sent to the billing team and you will be contacted by a representative.
