Check if the payload System Id is properly configured in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG):

If the system Id provided in the payload doesn't exists in the CIG configuration, add the system connection and retest it.

The payload is sending out the transactions from a different System Id that is configured on CIG.

For example, in the doctype Order, there is a segment <SNDPRN> that contains the System Id that is sending the payload. That System Id should be configured in the mentioned CIG configuration. If the provided System Id that is sending out the request is different than the system ID configured on CIG, the error message is displayed.
