How do I enable or disable long-term document archiving?
Please follow the steps below:
- In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Settings
- Click Electronic Invoice Routing
- Click the Tax Invoicing and Archiving tab
- Check the Enable long-term invoice archiving box to enable this functionality or uncheck the box to disable it
- Click Save
Please note that the Long-Term Document Archival do not work for Paper Invoices. Additional information can be found in our Long term archiving of tax invoices documentation.
