  New look for the header banner and navigation elements in SAP Ariba solutions [PL-21134]
The header banner and navigation elements in SAP Ariba solutions have a new look that is based on SAP Fiori 3.0 standards. This enhancement enables SAP Ariba solutions to adopt SAPs consistent user experience guidelines based on SAP Fiori. It is a first step toward fuller adoption of SAPs Intelligent Enterprise Suite guidelines.

User interface pages related to SAP Ariba analytical reporting now include a back button, which returns the browser to the previous page.

This feature allows buyers of SAP Ariba Contracts to view and allow searches based on the last published date of contract workspaces.

This feature allows contract users to use the workflow integration between SAP Ariba Contracts and SAP Fieldglass to handle their contract management and service procurement process in SAP Fieldglass while the contract workspace and contract terms creation occurs in the SAP Ariba Contracts solution.

  Purchasing Contract (Outline Agreement) integration support from SAP Ariba Contracts to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud  [SC-9154]
This feature describes the setup for the integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Ariba Contracts through SAP Cloud Integration Gateway. Buyers using SAP Ariba Contracts can create and send contracts with the document category, outline agreement or scheduling agreement to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

This feature includes supplier IDs when you select suppliers from dropdowns. This information is useful if your supplier list includes multiple suppliers with the same supplier name, but different supplier IDs.

  Support for pricing conditions as standard fields in purchase orders and outline agreements [DMS-10886]
This feature introduces an intrinsic element in the cXML documents to enable the integration of pricing conditions in purchase orders and outline agreements between SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite and SAP ERP through SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. The newly-added intrinsic element enables the use of pricing conditions as standard fields in purchase orders and outline agreements in SAP ERP without any additional customization in SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway.

  Central Contracts integration support from SAP Ariba Contracts to SAP S/4HANA Cloud [SC-10438]
This feature allows for the integration of central contracts between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Ariba Contracts through SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Buyers using SAP Ariba Contracts can create and send contracts with the document category, Central Contract, to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

This feature allows users of SAP Ariba Contracts to include custom options to select from while choosing values for document type and item category fields while sending contracts from SAP Ariba to external applications.

  Search for suppliers by ID [SS-12960]
This feature lets buyers search for suppliers by Supplier ID in the Mass Edit Projects utility and in supplier savings forms. Searching for suppliers by ID rather than by name can be useful if your supplier list includes multiple suppliers with the same supplier name, but different supplier IDs.

  Multi-select enhancement for plant matrix terms [SSR-835]
This feature allows users to select multiple plants in a single action when adding them as matrix factors for a plant matrix term.

  Optimizations to the project template to support assembled contract documents with a large number of clauses [SC-10513]
This feature optimizes the project template to support an assembled contract document (a main agreement or a contract addendum) with a large number of clauses. Buyers using SAP Ariba Contracts can seamlessly export or import the project template that contains an assembled contract document with a large number of clauses. Note that the maximum file size supported for import is 100 MB. This feature also allows buyers to create a new version of the project template for an assembled contract document that contains five hundred or more clauses.

  Scheduling Agreement integration support from SAP Ariba Contracts to SAP S/4HANA Cloud [SC-10740]
This feature enables buyers using the Contract Management with SAP Ariba Contracts (4AZ) integration scenario to publish contracts from SAP Ariba Contracts to S/4HANA Cloud to create and update scheduling agreements. The scheduling agreement integration supports both LP and LPA documents. The documents can contain the header and up to 2000 line items that include materials and free text items.

  Support for read-only terms in the line item definition in external system templates (contract line item templates) [SC-11096]
Buyers using SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, SAP Ariba Contracts, or SAP Ariba Sourcing can mark the read-only terms for the line item term definitions in the external system templates (contract line item template) or contract workspace templates. SAP Ariba provides an option to override the read-only terms when buyers create contracts from a sourcing award. Buyers can also override the read-only terms from external systems when creating contracts from a sourcing event or award, standalone contracts, or both sourcing event or award, and standalone contracts.

  Enhancements to Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (4B0) to support advanced pricing conditions and scales in central contracts [SC-11270]
This feature enables buyers using the Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (4B0) to support advanced pricing conditions and scales in central contracts. Central contracts can now include multiple price validity periods and quantity scales. SAP S/4HANA Cloud returns a response containing a Document ID or number, which is updated in the contract workspace in SAP Ariba Contracts in the Related ID field. This document ID is the Central Contract document number which was created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and the line item numbers are updated against the line items in the contract workspace in SAP Ariba Contracts.

This feature allows users of SAP Ariba Contracts to add flexible master data as contract terms and set up custom relationships between them. Relation entries enable you to set up a relationship between two fields on an object for the purpose of ensuring valid combinations of field values, so that the values that are acceptable and available for one field depend on the value of another field.

  Simplified Excel import of line items [SC-8889]
This feature enables you to quickly add line items, including material master line items, to contract workspaces in SAP Ariba Contracts from a Microsoft Excel document. You can specify term values for line items, such as quantity and price. You can also specify values for custom terms.

  Bulk edit of sourcing event and CLID line item terms [SSR-832]
This feature allows you to edit terms that are common to multiple line items in a sourcing event or CLID in a single action.

  Support for Thai language in SAP Ariba cloud solutions [SINV-9683]
Thai language support in all SAP Ariba cloud solutions is now available. You can now navigate through all SAP Ariba cloud solutions with Thai set as the preferred language, and SAP Ariba administrators can upload translations for Thai language.

  SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app 2.0 [BMA-1181]
SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app 2.0 introduces a redesigned user interface based on SAP Fiori, support to manage and complete tasks for SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing solutions users, and push notifications related to tasks.

  Support for multiple ERP systems linked to the central procurement hub in Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (4B0) [SC-11435]
This feature enables the buyers on SAP Ariba Contracts using the Contract for Central Procurement with SAP Ariba Contracts (‏4B0‏) scope item to do the following when they are configuring external systems:

- Designate an SAP S/4HANA Cloud system as a central procurement hub. The central procurement hub is considered as the parent system. The parent system is linked to more than one external system. 
- Assign an SAP S/4HANA Cloud system configured as a central procurement hub as the parent to an ERP-system (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or SAP S/4HANA On-premise) configured as an external system.

  OAuth authentication for DocuSign in SAP Ariba Contracts [SC-9402]
This feature adds support for OAuth authentication in SAP Ariba Contracts integrated with the DocuSign application. DocuSign is used to obtain electronic signatures for contracts. Buyers can send a contract to DocuSign or revoke a contract from DocuSign using the OAuth authentication method. When a buyer submits a signature task, the OAuth authentication method uses dynamically generated access tokens to log in to DocuSign.
