- Error: ERROR_KSCHL_CONVERSION in SRT_MONI when replicating document type ContractRequestServices/ContractRequest.
- Error: Condition type 01RP is not defined or for any other condition type.
- Error: VK 022
- Error: Enter Unit of Measure
- The error Condition type 00XX is not defined happens in the SRT_MONI when replicating for interface QuoteMessagePurchasingContract_Async_In_V1 if the condition types are used in the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Cross Reference (Discount type, for example) and the same is not maintained in the ERP on SPRO transaction.
- The error VK 022 or enter Unit of Measure happens in the above scenario if the calculation type configured in ERP for this specific condition type requires information not contained in the message.
- For example, if you use a quantity calculation type make you need to ensure this condition type carries a Unit of Measure (UoM) to avoid the error.
- For some condition types, CIG does not send UoM. For example, in the case of discounts.
- The error ERROR_KSCHL_CONVERSION shows up in SRT_MONI if you have missing cross references in CIG, where <typeCode/> is being sent empty, this tag in the ContractRequest/ContractRequestServices, should never be sent empty.
- Make sure you are using all the required cross references in CIG according to your business use and the CIG Configuration guide - How to set up cross references for Contracts.
- Ensure that each of your condition types configured in CIG are maintained in ERP as well in transaction:
- Double check if each condition type is using the correct calculation type, keep in mind that if you use the calculation type quantity, ERP code will expect CIG to send a UoM in the payload, and this value will not be sent if this condition type does not have the same.
- In case the Advanced Pricing Conditions are being used, the CIG Lookup Table should be configured accordingly. For more information, please refer to How to set up fields in the Lookup table - SAP Help Portal.
