How Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) custom mappings upgraded when the CIG Addon Service Pack (SP) is upgraded ?

Answer

For Mappings created by Engineering team (Manual Extensions via XSLT Mappings):
- Manual mappings can be migrated from CIG SP06 version or higher.
- We always recommend to use latest CIG Addon SP Version.
For CIG Mapping Tool Custom Mappings:
1. Signin to CIG.
2. Click My Configuration > Mappings.
3. After CIG Addon SP Upgrade, there will be a red icon on the old mapping ().
4. Click on the action icon ().
5. Click Yes.
