QuoteMessage sent from SAP Ariba Sourcing to external system are failing in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network or they don't show up on Managed Gateway for Spend&Network portal and are failing in SAP Business Network with the below error message:

No Standard Mapping available for the Buyer ANXXXXXXXXX-T - ANXXXXXXXXX-T.Suggested Action : Please check if the correct AddOnVersion has been provided for Basic Data in your Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Profile. Click on your profile Name -> Select Basic Data -> Check and verify Trading Partner System Information. For further assistance, please contact Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support with Error Code : CIG-PLT-00613.

When the Award is created from a Sourcing Project without an RFQ, the SourceApplicationSite field in the Sourcing Project cluster root is null. Then, the award is sent to AN, sourcing will send the system id as null so that AN will pickup the default system id which is why we are making the default system id as our ERP system id on the sourcing side.

Below are some suggestions to fix this issue:

• Enable the feature cXML new format
• Enable the feature cXML Version 34 Added Features
• Check if correct ERP SystemID is sent in the cXML message, if the SystemID is not sent or sent as Default
• Check if QuoteHeaderInfo segment is populated in the cXML payload under QuoteMessageHeader. This segment contains details like company code, purchasing organization and the document category, which must be informed to define which document should be created on the external system for the awarded quote message.
• To change the Default SystemId configuration to your ERP system id, follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your SAP Business Network account as a Buyer
  2. Navigate to Administration > Configuration > Business Application IDs and End Points (cXML and OData Setup)
  3. You will see Configure Business Application IDs screen > Click Default SystemID
  4. Rename it to your ERP system id by changing the System Id value
  5. Click Save

Then resend the Award or QuoteMessage from SAP Ariba Sourcing.
