Where can I find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for CIRS events?
Symptom

Where do I find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Critical Issue Response System (CIRS) events?


Resolution

A Designated Support Contact (DSC) from your team will receive the CIRS Notification when the event is created.

If you have not received the Notification and want to locate the RCA or subscribe to the CIRS Event, navigate to the Systems & Provisioning tab within SAP for Me.

RCA will be available to download in approximately 10 business days after the CIRS is stabilized.
