Why can't I see the Go Live button to move a Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Project Status to In Production?
This activity involves three phases as explained below.
Perform below steps to prepare the CIG Project for manual testing:
- Login to CIG Portal.
- Ensure you do not have any Test Scripts running under Test Central tab. Delete if any.
- Click Home > My Projects > Click Select on Project > Click Edit.
- Click Next till you reach Test > Project Self Test page > Click Skip Test > Click Yes > Click OK.
Next, perform a successful manual test using below steps:
- Send at-least one successful test message from your test system for a Document Type listed in Test > Buyer Test Results page CIG Project. E.g. PurchaseOrderExportRequest, QuoteRequest etc.
- Wait (10-20 mins) for the scheduler to capture successful test results against the Document Type in Buyer Test Results page.
Finally, move the CIG Project to In Production Status using below steps:
- Click Home > My Projects > Click Select on Project > Click Edit.
- Click Next till you reach Test > Buyer Self Test page. The successful manual test result is captured against the Document Type with Status (
).
- You should then see the Go Live button in the bottom of the Buyer Self Test page.
- Click Go Live > OK.
- Verify the CIG Project Status will now be In Production.
- Sometimes the Go Live button might not appear due to browser cache, therefore clearing cache or opening a new CIG session in another browser can help to see the button if all the above conditions are met.
