Supplier Management (SM ) : Business Partner already exists

Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) should be unique for every SM vendor ID created at SLP. ERP accepts unique UUID for every BP suppose to be created.

Below are the two possible causes for this issue:

1. UUID sent from Ariba would be different for every Request_in message sent to ERP along with same Business Partner ID.
2. UUID is getting modified when processing the message at ERP end ( Require OSS incident to proceed further).
