When creating a ERP-Initiated Service Entry Sheet with attachments I get the following error on Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) > Transaction Tracker for document type ServiceEntrySheet (ERPServiceEntrySheetRequest).
Ariba Network Response is :"Bad Request" and Error Code:"400" and Error Code Response:"Error:Too many attachments. Only one cXML attachment allowed Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-4000000000000000XXXXXXX for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network.For further assistance, please contact Ariba Support with the code mentioned in Response.CIG Support Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644
System limitation on Ariba Network side.
ServiceEntrySheet transaction is limited to only 1 attachment and the document itself is sent as attachment to Ariba Network.
