How can I limit the number of decimal places allowed for invoice amounts?

You can configure the currency precision and rounding rules by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your SAP Business Network buyer account.
2. Click [User Initials] > Manage Profile
3. Click Currency Precision and Rounding.
4. Choose Add currency.
5. Select the value for each item.
   On this page, you can configure the Decimal place and Rounding rule for amounts and unit price fields, either for all currencies or for a specific currency.
   You can also override the rounding rules for Tax, Allowances, and Charges.
6. Click Save.

• This feature does not limit the number of decimal places allowed for the quantity on service sheets or invoices.
• If you select 02 in the Decimal place for amounts and Decimal place for unit price fields, it means the amounts and unit price should not exceed two decimal places.
