Earlier we had Integrated status as Mandatory but with SM-18796 fix, Integrated status is not mandatory but ERP Vendor ID should not start with VDR and source system of the suppliers for which you are trying transaction relationship should be SAP.

When automatic toggle mentioned above is on and supplier is integrated after registration in Business Network, then the call from SLP to AN has to be made to enable trading relationship.

• Currently this is not implemented as per design and enhancement is required

For this feature to work we have 2 cases:

Case 1: When automatic toggle is on and supplier registration happens after it is integrated in SLP, then trading relationship in AN during registration is established.

Case 2: When the automatic toggle is on and the supplier is integrated after registration in AN then a call from SLP to AN has to be made to enable a trading relationship. In this case, the automatic transaction relationship flag will not work hence this toggle should be disabled at SM side and we have to manually enable the transaction relationship flag.

SM-5144 allows you to flag suppliers for which you want to establish simultaneous sourcing and fulfillment relationships so that once you establish one type of relationship with the supplier, the other relationship is established automatically and uses the same supplier ANID.

• This feature is toggled OFF by default. To enable this feature, please create a Case and an SAP Ariba Procurement Support representative will follow up to complete the request

Firstly, below features have to be enabled:

• Business Network toggle to control the creation of fulfillment relation at buyer level: SM-5144
• SLP toggle to enable Transaction supplier creation at realm level: Allow Transaction relationship creation
• SLP toggle to set Transaction relationship flag for all suppliers: Set Transaction Relationship flag for all (Optional based on customer's configuration)

The main prerequisites for this feature to work:

• ERP vendor id
• Fulfillment flag
• ANID

It will not work for suppliers requested in the UI because the condition for Auto TRR is to have an ERP ID and source system should not be SM.

1. Supplier should be imported via csv with ERP Vendor ID
   1. Source system should NOT be SM
2. Supplier should be mass invited with setTransactionRelationship as True
3. Supplier should have an ANID
   1. Login with existing ANID, or
   2. Sign up and get a new ANID
4. Once supplier submits Registration questionnaire and it is approved it will automatic TRR
