I am getting error ERROR_KSCHL_CONVERSION in SRT_MONI transaction in SAP ERP when replicating document type ContractRequestServices, ContractRequest or QuoteMessageContract.

You need to make sure cross references are correctly maintained in Cloud Integration Gateway(CIG) and conditions are also maintained in SAP ERP system, for that, follow below steps:

1. Log in CIG.
2. Click My Configuration > CrossRefs > Parameters.
3. Select the document type from the list.
4. Maintain all the cross references as per CIG configuration guide(refer to additional information section).

Now in SAP ERP system:

1. Go to transaction OLMSRV.
2. Click > Maintain conditions for Services > Conditions: Condition types > choose.
3. Compare the values from here with the values that you are sending in the payload, make sure it is maintained here with the correct calculation type(refer to additional information section).

SAP ERP system receives a payload with a condition that is not maintained or unknown, so the conversion fails.
