How do I change a project status or state in Classic Sourcing?

In order to change or update a project status, you must be the project owner or have project owner capabilities for the project.

1. Open the project
2. Go to Overview tab
3. Click Actions > Edit Overview
4. Select from the list Project State or Project Status
5. Click OK

The fields project status or state must be change manually, please refer to Is it possible to complete a sourcing project automatically once all required task are completed?
