What are the steps to import logo in Guided Buying?

Your logo filename is based off your organisation's name within your site URL. For example, if your site URL is http://xyzcompany.procurement.ariba.com?guidedbuyredirect=true, you need to name the file xyzcompany.jpg. The recommended size is 125 pixels wide by 28 pixels high.

To load the logo in GB:

1. On the guided buying home page, choose Admin.
2. In the Images section, click Upload images and browse for your logo image.
3. Click Upload to the right of that image.

Note: Make sure to clear your browser cache in order to verify that the logo loaded successfully. The logo usually shows up right away but it may take some time for the image to appear.

Users who belong to either the Customer Administrator or Customer Catalog Manager group in SAP Ariba Buying solution are able to load images in Guided Buying.

Keep the following in mind when creating and loading your images:

• Uploading an image with the same filename as an image you previously loaded causes the new image to
  overwrite the existing image.
• You can't delete images that you load in Guided Buying. However, users only see the images if they are linked to
  a landing page.

Note: You affirm, represent and warrant that your organization has the necessary rights to reproduce, disclose, and distribute any image submitted, and by submitting the image you are granting SAP and its affiliates the right to reproduce, disclose, and distribute such image globally in provision of the SAP Ariba cloud services to you, in accordance with your subscription agreement.
