Rerun the SPRO Interface Set Up for Inbound Transactions.

1. Login to your SAP ECC System and execute T-Code: SPRO
2. Click SAP Reference IMG
3. Go to Integration with Other SAP Components > SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway > SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite Integration > General Settings > Setup the Interface > Execute Configure the connections to send messages
4. Enter the RFC Destination Value for CI Gateway Logical System, Authentication Credentials (Puser & Password) and choose Ariba Sourcing Contracts and Ariba Sourcing Purchase Order and publish or execute the Interface Setup Program for SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing.
5. Successful Interface Setup message will be shown in SLG1 Logs.

Verify SOAMANAGER Configurations.

1. Login to your SAP ECC System and execute T-Code: SOAMANAGER
2. Go to Web Service Configuration and search "quote'" under Object Name and choose the Interface QUOTEMSGPURCHASEORDER_ASYNC_IN
3. Go to Transport Settings and verify the Path /sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in/800/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in is maintained. 

Activate Services in SICF:

1. Login to your SAP ECC System and execute T-Code: SICF.
2. Execute Define Services.
3. Navigate to /sap/bc/srt/xip/sap/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in/800/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in/quotemsgpurchaseorder_async_in and activate the Service.

SOAMANAGER & SPRO Configurations for QuoteMessage Interface is not configured properly in ECC.
