• Why are the Ship To and Deliver To details on the purchase order not at the header level?
• Why are the Ship To and Deliver To details on the purchase order at the line level instead of header level?

Review the purchase order and add the same information on all line items, which will allow the Ship To and Deliver To details to appear at the header level:

1. Sign in at SAP Ariba Procurement
2. Click search icon on the top right > click Purchase Order
3. Remove all filters > search with the purchase order ID
4. Go to Line Item > click Details
5. Compare the Ship To and Deliver To details as they need to be the same for all line items.

The ship to field will appear on the line level if the deliver to is different between the header and line item of the purchase order.
