How do I delete a Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Project that has Status as In Production?

• This deletion activity can only be done by CIG Engineering or Support Engineer team.
• You should Create a Case on SAP Ariba Connect providing the ANID linked to your CIG Portal and the CIG Project name that you wish to delete. It will be deleted by the Support Engineer assigned to the Case.

• The above procedure is not applicable for CIG Project with Status > In Testing or In Process as you can delete such projects yourself without any external dependency.
• Please be aware that the deletion of a CIG Project that is in Status > In Production is going to cause downtime to your production transactional flow.
• If you are live with CIG with active production transactional flow, the deletion activity is suggested to be performed with caution and only during your planned downtime window.
• You also need to be prepared to push another CIG Project to Status > In Production to avoid extended interruption to production transactional flows. For steps to activate project on production, refer to CIG config guide section How to schedule and activate the project on the production environment.
