How do I remind a supplier to fill out a registration or a modular supplier management questionnaire?
How do I send a reminder email to a supplier considering they have not responded to the registration invite within 24 to 48 hours?
The My Activities area of the Supplier Management shows information about all of the supplier processes you have started so that you can monitor their progress.
- Find the View button opposite the desired task.
- Click to open the process on the supplier's 360° view in order to review questionnaires, issue re-invitations, and complete tasks.
For sites with enabled with modular questionnaires use the following procedure:
- On the Supplier Management dashboard, locate the supplier who has not responded.
- Click the supplier's name to open their 360° profile.
- Locate the questionnaire that you want to remind the supplier to fill out and click View.
- In the Supplier questionnaire area, click Change Recipient.
- Check the name of the supplier contact you want to remind. You can choose a different supplier contact, or the same supplier contact to which you sent the original invitation.
- The modular questionnaire or certificate management feature must be enabled in your site and you must be a member of the SM Modular Questionnaire Manager group to change the recipient of a previously sent modular supplier management questionnaire. You can only remind suppliers to fill out modular questionnaires in Not Responded status. Once the original recipient has viewed the questionnaire, you cannot change the recipient to issue a reminder. Please reference Managing Supplier Organizations for more details.
