How to find Variant and Partition ID of the realm to maintain parameter for Master Data?

The realm ID is the one which is unique for Sourcing and for Procurement realm nothing but the variant and partition of the realms.

To find the Variant and Partition ID for your realm, follow the steps:

1. Go to Ariba application
2. Integration Manager > Integration Configuration > Select any tasks > View WSDL
3. Search for vrealm in that WSDL file

• You can use the task Export Payment Requests Asynchronous to check the vrealm associated with your realm, for example.
• For example, if your Procurement vrealm is vrealm_1234:
  • You can use the vrealm_1234 in the Variant and prealm_1234 for Partition.
